Abstract: Clinical archives are without rich content information sources containing important pharmaceutical and side effect data, which have an awesome potential to enhance human services. In this paper, we assemble an incorporating framework for removing prescription names and manifestation names from clinical notes. At that point we apply non negative lattice factorization (NMF) and multi-see NMF to group clinical notes into significant bunches in view of test highlight grids.
